The Guru vs. The Scientist

I love spiritual mumbo-jumbo. I love talking about dimensions and vibrations and frequency. I love talking about channeling and making contact with other worldly beings, but there’s this huge cynic that shares mind space with my guru other half. She shouts, “Get that spiritual mumbo-jumbo garbage out of here. I want facts! I want research! I want science!”

A few years ago, I discovered the brilliant Dr. Joe Dispenza. He is incredible. I’ve read two of his books. (Evolve Your Brain and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself)They are mind-blowing. This man is the farthest from mumbo-jumbo as you can get, and you know what? Even he says that meditation is the key.

So put that in your pipe and smoke it! Enjoy!
